At Duluth Screen Printing (DSP), we value your privacy. We use your personal information solely to provide the products and services you request. We will not sell or misuse your data.

By providing your email, you consent to receive updates about services and resources. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to our email or clicking "unsubscribe."

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 7-9 business days from the date your order is finalized and approved, but this varies by season. Special requests such as specialized inks or 7+ color designs may extend this timeline. Rush orders may incur additional fees. If you need your order by a specific date, let us know when placing your order. Delays in approval may impact your timeline.

DSP is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by weather, power outages, vendor errors, shipping delays, or acts of God. If any issues arise, we will notify you promptly.

Payment Terms

Full Payment: We accept cash, checks, ACH, PayPal, and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and most debit cards). Payment is due upon receipt, though it may be made at any point during the production stages of your order. If you are paying by check, please send immediately upon approving your quote in order to avoid a delay in receiving your order.

Net Terms: For approved accounts, invoices are due within the specified terms (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30) starting on the shipping date. Payments for Net Terms orders must be made via cash, check, money order, or bank transfer.

If a completed order is not paid for within 30 business days of its completion an additional financing charge will apply. Invoices unpaid after 30 days of project completion will be subject to a 1.5% charge and an additional 1.5% every 30 days thereafter.

Under/Over Run Allowance

Due to the nature of custom printing, final quantities may vary by up to 5%. We recommend ordering extra garments to account for this. Over/under allowances apply to both standard and rush orders. In the event of spoilage, your final invoice will be refunded or discounted for any misprints.

Artwork Policies

All artwork created by DSP remains our property unless ownership rights are purchased. Artwork you submit remains your property, but separated art files we create are DSP property.

Non-print-ready files are subject to art preparation fees. All artwork must be approved online. One revision is included; additional revisions incur fees. Approved artwork changes may delay production.

Out of Stock Items

We cannot guarantee product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and suggest alternatives.

Manufacturer Defects

DSP is not responsible for garment defects like color inconsistencies, size discrepancies, or stitching flaws. We recommend ordering 5% extra to account for potential defects.

Order Minimums

Our minimum order is 20 garments per unique design. Different designs on fewer garments will be treated as separate orders and will also require a 20 piece order.

Decoration Policies

  • All sizes in an order will have the same image size unless otherwise requested. EX. For orders of a large size run, such as XS - 3XL, or standard is for the the 3XL to receive the same size print as the XS.

  • Different image sizes are treated as separate orders.

  • Printing near seams, collars, or zippers may result in imperfections. Our standard is to leave 1 inch of clearance between a print any any given seam, collar, or zipper.

  • Due to the nature of screen printing, slight variations in image placement up to 3/4" are considered standard between garments.

  • Our mockups provide a general idea of the final print size and colors but are not exact scale representations. Images of garments, supplied by our blank providers, may differ slightly from the actual items. Please note that print appearance can vary due to factors like garment style, color, and size, which are inherent to the printing process. 

  • Printed samples are available upon request but are subject to a sample print fee that varies by design and imprint method.

  • If you require precise artwork measurements, pantone ink matching, or press checks, please inform us before final approval. Ensure these requests are clearly noted on the digital mockup or in the “notes” of the quote sent for approval. Note: Print outcomes can vary slightly due to garment characteristics and production processes, so subjective differences are inherent to custom printing. For specific requests, we recommend asking for sample print before placing a larger order.

Care Instructions

For best results, machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Wash plastisol prints and Direct-To-Film prints inside out. Always wash garments before wearing.

Reorder Ink Colors

We cannot guarantee exact ink color matches on reorders due to material and ink variations. The same ink color may have a slightly different finished look on two different garment styles or two different colored garments. We’ll always do our best to maintain consistency on a reorder.

Shipping

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in turnaround times. DSP is not liable for shipping delays or errors. Split shipping is available for an additional fee.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order within 72 hours of delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues. DSP will not address errors or disputes reported after this timeframe.

Process for Order Disputes:

All disputes must be submitted in writing to sales@duluthscreenprinting.com, detailing the issue and including photos of the affected products, if applicable.

Once we receive your dispute, we will review it and respond.

Resolution Options:

If DSP determines the issue falls outside of customer subjectivity or the approved order details, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • A reprint of the affected items.

  • A refund or partial credit based on the nature of the error.

Customer Responsibility:

Disputes regarding artwork, order details, or specifications will not be honored if they were approved during the proofing process. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all details before production.

Disputes regarding subjective opinions of the final product, such as perceived color differences, print positioning preferences, or fabric expectations, will not be considered unless a prior written agreement exists. Subjectivity is inherent to custom printing, and we recommend ordering a sample print to confirm satisfaction before committing to a larger order if there are specific concerns.

Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If we make an error that falls outside these policies (not based on user subjectivity), we will reprint your order within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled after approval unless they have not started production.

Orders canceled before production are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, plus return shipping costs.

Returned Checks

Returned checks will incur a $30 fee.

Social Sharing

We may share photos of your printed products on social media unless you request otherwise at the time of your order.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days and may change based on final artwork. Final invoices reflect the quantity shipped, not quoted.
