I placed an order for an online store you hosted, When will I get my order?
All orders should ship within 2-3 weeks of the online store closing. The stores are generally open for 1-2 weeks, so in total it could take between 2-5 weeks, depending on when you placed the order and when the store closes.
Why do you need to wait for the store to close before shipping my product?
All products are custom decorated after the store has closed. This saves the organization you’re ordering from time and money by not having to house any product or manage the fulfillment process. Here’s a little more information on how this process works, below:
We work with organizations to create a custom “Pop-Up” store to place orders on.
The stores are typically open for ordering for 1-3 weeks. The deadline to place an order is listed at the top of the Pop-Up store's web page.
After the deadline has passed and the store has closed, all orders enter production and are custom decorated. This process can take between 1-2 weeks to order and decorate everything.
Once production is finished, our fulfillment team individually packages all orders and ships them out to you!
I need to change my order, what do I do?
Any changes to your order can be made before the store closes. Once the deadline has passed, your order has already entered production and we can no longer make changes or cancel orders. Please reach out to sales@duluthscreenpriting.com or give us a call at 218-260-6073 for any changes before the store deadline.
can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, after the deadline for the store has passed we are unable to exchange any products. All products are custom decorated and no extra items are kept on hand. We would recommend reaching out to the organization whose store we hosted to see if they purchased any additional items they could use to process an exchange. Alternatively, if you're unsatisfied with your order and would like to make a return, we may be able to assist. Send us an email at sales@duluthscreenprinting.com for further assistance.
Can I place an order after the store closes?
All orders are custom ordered and decorated, and no additional products are produced. We would recommend reaching out to the organization whose store we hosted to see if they purchased any additional items they could sell you.
How do you ship your product?
We generally ship out all of our orders via USPS priority mail, which reaches most areas in the US within 1-3 shipping days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that has a link to track your order. This will have status updates to let you know if your order is still in production or if it has shipped. Once shipped, you’ll receive another email that contains your tracking information.
